At last! Some peace and quiet and I’ve had the opportunity to start this blog. Mimi is still asleep for her afternoon nap, though I’ve heard some stirrings from her room. The cats are sunning themselves and DH is reading the weekend papers.

I have used livejournal for the past 4 years and this is a bit of a change. I’m used to having a network of friends and I feel like I’m striking out on my own now (while still maintaining lj). This is easy to use with the defaults, but then again, I haven’t tried anything fancy!
